DUCS Strummin; 2026 begins February 23

DUCS will continue to have jam sessions in 2026 at the Ordean East School through Duluth Community Education (DCE) beginning Feb. 23, 2026. You will need to register for the Winter session that has a $5 registration fee. Please do so by early February so we can secure our space: https://duluth.arux.app/course/2482/winter-2026/duluth-ukulele-community-strum

Spring session will require you to register again to continue with 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month April through May, except the final day is Tuesday May 26. This will also have a $5 registration fee. The registration fees each semester covers your DCE registration and our room.

June through August 2nd and 4th Mondays location will be announced in a few months.

DUCS strummin' returns

The DUCS strummin' is back September 22 through Duluth Community Education. Sign up now!

DUCS jam sessions bring together all types of ukuleles and skill levels of adult players who want to play their ukulele in a fun setting. We will play from The Daily Ukulele Another Year songbook, each person taking a turn in selecting a song for the group to play. Each player must bring their own ukulele, music stand, songbook and tuner and be familiar with at least 3 chords.

Strummin' returns September 22, 2025

DUCS strummin' sessions bring together all types of ukuleles and skill levels of adult players who want to play their ukulele in a fun setting. We play from The Daily Ukulele Another Year songbook, each person taking a turn in selecting a song for the group to play. Each player must bring their own ukulele, music stand, songbook and tuner. If you do not have the songbook, the music will be on a projector screen for you to play along with.
